I just received the November Pairings box from Turntable Kitchen!

One of my favorite things about subscription service Turntable Kitchen is access to all of the music and mixtapes online since you’ve been a subscriber. I can access all the curated mixes and download zipfiles so I can enjoy this great music all the time. Steamed Clams in Garlic, Butter and White Wine

Steamed clams are one of the best appetizers! Personally, I eat them as a meal because they are so delicious with a side of rustic bread! I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and Puget Sound clams are easy and fun to find, not to mention scrumptious. After picking up some wonderful fresh clams from a mobile seafood cart at my favorite local grocery store, The Moscow Food Co-op, I set out to make a meal of some delicious steamed clams.

I first discovered Damiana Liquer on a trip to Cancun, Mexico. It is strong and rich, with an interesting flavor and a is a recipe for a smooth and easy night. Like other signature cocktails I’ve created, this one uses a delicious flavor from the line of Red Bull Editions: Red Bull Blue.

I like iced tea way more than drinking water. I have quite a few reusable pitchers that are continuously brewing iced tea for me to enjoy.  Fortunately, iced tea also comes with quite a few health benefits, making it a great alternative to water compared to coffee, sugary juices or sodas. The temperature of the tea doesn’t impact the benefits, so feel free to enjoy your tea hot or iced.
