Learning to Love Radishes: Roasted Radishes

After the strong and record-breaking windstorm that rocked through Western and Eastern Washington, we had quite a fiasco on our hands at the farm. The hoop house built just this summer had ripped and broken in the strong gusts. Sadly, we had to pull all of the radishes that had been growing peacefully in the greenhouse and find a way to enjoy them. Vegetable Fried Rice

Every time I eat Chinese food, I always opt for some form of vegetable fried rice. Although I love the flavor of this simple meal, it is in fact, quite simple. I decided not to waste any more money ordering such an easy dish to make at home, so I created my own seasoning combinations and added them to a simple homemade version of vegetable fried rice.
