Peppermint Cheesecake Cookies

Winter is the time for all things peppermint! Enjoy these delicious mini cheesecake cookies, with crunchy peppermint. Season’s greetings!

Peppermint Cheesecake Cookies


1 stick unsalted butter, soft

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup sugar

1 package Cheesecake instant pudding mix

1 1/2 cups white flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

2 crushed up candy canes

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl  together the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and pudding mix until well blended. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar, and mix until blended. Mix in crushed candy cane. Place the dough in balls on a greased baking sheet and additional crushed peppermint. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Remove them when they are soft and they will be perfect! Enjoy!
