Yum! No breakfast is complete without buttery and flaky fresh biscuits. The trick to fluffy biscuits is to use sticky dough, so although you’ll want to add extra flour, resist the urge!
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 stick of softened butter, cut into small pieces
1 ¼ cup of milk
Heat up your oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients and make sure they’re well incorporated.
Slowly add the chunks of butter and mix until it’s all cut in and looks like small crumbs.
Add the milk a little bit at a time until the dough is sticky.
Knead the dough for a few minutes and sculpt into 16 small balls.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
