The Pacific Coast Box: Turntable Kitchen Review: May Pairings Box

May’s sunshine brings the perfect time to enjoy refreshing cocktails and chomp down spicy snacks while enjoying some beautiful scenery. This month’s pairing’s box provided the perfect recipes and ideas for an incredible day in the sun!

Turntable Kitchen is an awesome subscription service that sends curated vinyl records filled with interesting new music, access to a downloadable mixtape, recipes and a premium ingredient to cook them. Anyone looking for an off-the-beaten path experience will love it.

Here’s what was in my pairings box this month:

Turntable Kitchen: May Pairings Box The Pacific Coast Box

Hand-Pressed Record: Monogem, Wait and See & Silhouette

An upbeat, eclectic musical adventure, this duo creates a new version of the dance party that everyone will want to be a part of.

Turntable describes it as:

“a hypnotically infectious track that blends a mellow, shuffling melody with an upbeat groove. It’s one of those songs that is as comfortable on the dance floor as it is chilling at the after party.”

Premium Ingredient: Chili Powder

Yum-the perfect addition to almost everything!

  1. Pacific Coast Shrimp Cocktail
  2. Mango Paletas with Chili
  3. Spicy Michelada

My pairings box also includes a card with instructions on how to download this month’s digital mixtape.

I love receiving such awesome recipes and music each month. Try Turntable Kitchen’s Pairings Box for yourself!
