Harvest season means fresh salsa! From one trip to the hoop house, we found all the fresh produce we needed to create a delightful summer snack.
Ingredients:
A bunch of freshly picked tomatoes. I used 6 large yellows, 2 reds
1 purple bell pepper, diced
2 spicy green jalepeno peppers
2 spicy red peppers
1 can of tomato paste
Salt, to taste
A handful of chopped cilantro
Chop, dice and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Be sure to add the tomato paste last. Mix well and enjoy with chips, bread, or anything you like to dip in salsa!
