Spicy Cilantro Chutney

If you’re looking for ways to preserve large amounts of cilantro while still staying true to the flavor, chutney is a great way to go. Perfect for dipping chips into, adding to enchiladas, or drizzled over Indian food, this cilantro chutney is fresh, bright and spicy!

Cilantro Chutney

1 bunch of cilantro

½ a small onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of red chili flakes

2 tablespoons of oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of plain yogurt

 

SAMSUNG

Wash the cilantro and cut the bottoms of the stems off. Leave the stems, you can use them in this recipe.

Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
