In the afternoons, I wait for the emergence of Shiloh, Sun Dog. When the sun hits just right and gleams through the windows and feeds the plants, Shiloh loves to lie in it and soak up the rays. Much like a plant, he searches for the warmth and enjoys life to its fullest!
Also, he sleeps on a zebra-print beanbag made for humans because he’s a king.

Love it! If only humans gave ourselves permission to lay in the sunrays, soaking up the warmth and peace, daydreaming and reveling in it, like your Sun Dog and plants. This is wisdom. So good for body and spirit.

Definitely! I try to learn from my dog, he seems to have life figured out! I definitely feel my spirit nourished when I lay in the rays of the sun.
