Coconut and Hazelnut Granola

Ingredients:

2 Cups of quick-cook oatmeal

1 cup of hazelnuts

1/2 cup of almonds

1/2 cup of coconut oil

1/2 cup of white sugar

1/2 cup of shredded sweetened coconut

Heat the coconut oil over low heat until a liquid. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees.

Mix the oatmeal, nuts, sugar and coconut together in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the heated coconut oil and stir until combined. It won’t stick together, it will just be coated.

Cook in the oven for 1- 1 1/2 hours, mixing every half hour or so. This smells SO good while baking.

Grab and go, enjoy!
