Energize your night with the chocolate-coffee espresso martini. For a winter twist, make it chocolate mint by adding a few mint sprigs as a garnish, or substitute the vodka with creme de menthe liqueur.
Cocktail: Espresso Martini
1 Part cold espresso or drip coffee
1 Part Vodka
1 Part Kahlua
Chocolate, for garnish
Shake together all liquid ingredients in a martini shaker. Swirl and serve in a martini glass with a square of chocolate garnish.
