Banana Pancakes are classic and comforting. They remind me of sunny days and early mornings. Banana pancakes in many ways embody the perfect breakfast, the perfect morning. Make yours perfect by whipping up these hearty banana pancakes.
2 Cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 Tbsps baking powder
1 Tbsp of butter, melted
1 Tsp salt
2 fresh bananas, peeled and chopped
Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, crushed nuts, whipped cream, endless possibilities!
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in everything else, except bananas.
Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes.
Heat a skillet and melt a little bit of butter. Using a large measuring cup, pour pancake mix into the skillet and turn to evenly spread it around. Add banana slices.
Cook until golden brown on one side, flip, add optional toppings and enjoy!
