How to Clean Your Yoga Mat
Make a Cleaning Spray
1 part Water
3 parts Vinegar
Mix together in a spray bottle.
Clean Your Mat After Each Use
Spray your mat all over with your cleaning spray. Rub a cloth or sponge on the mat. Allow the mat to air dry hanging for 10 mins. Roll up your mat and store away until your next practice.
This spray is antibacterial and anti-fungal so rest easy knowing your yoga mat is clean and hygienic.
