Ipsy is a subscription-based company that sends small bags with makeup and toiletries aimed at your Style Profile (based on your skin color and makeup preferences) each month. I had started out subscribing to Birchbox, but after giving Ipsy a try for a few months, I think I’m hooked and I’ll never go back.

Ipsy is awesome because they send the samples (sometimes full-sized products) to you in a reusable and themed makeup bag. I have gotten quite a few of them and they are really handy for traveling!

This month’s Ipsy Glam Bag’s them is Girl Meets Glitter: “Life is short, wear glitter.”

I was a little bit skeptical about the glitter theme since I hadn’t worn glitter since high school, but the product were actually very tasteful. Here is what was in my glam bag this month:

Sulfate-free hairspray that drys fast and holds volume and shine. 1.5 oz

  1. Sea Salt Solutions Face: Instant Glow Powder Exfoliant by ClariSEA

Exfoliating face powder. Just mix with water. 1 oz.

  1. Guys and Galaxies Glitter Nail Polish by Nicole by O.P.I

Glitter nail polish. Comes in an ergonomic container to make it easy to hold while applying. .5 oz

  1. Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant by Elizabeth Arden New York

Creamy face lotion protects pores from dirt all day long. .25 oz

  1. You’re So Fine Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner by Elizabeth Mott

Waterproof eyeliner has an easy to use handle and glides on seamlessly. .1 oz
