Thanksgiving Stuffing

Though when cooked outside of the turkey it’s called dressing, Thanksgiving stuffing is one of my favorite Thanksgiving foods! Here is a recipe for my favorite Thanksgiving Stuffing.

Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients:

A whole loaf of cubed White Bread (or Whole Wheat)

4 stalks of Celery

1 tablespoon Rubbed Sage

1 tablespoon Salt

1 ½ cups of Chicken Broth

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté onion and celery until soft and translucent. Add sage and salt.

In a large bowl, mix bread cubes and vegetable mixture. Add chicken broth and mix thoroughly. If you’re making dressing, add to a glass baking dish and cook until the top is brown and crunchy, about 35 minutes.

If making stuffing, stuff the turkey and cook the turkey as usual.

Share with friends. =]

Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!
