Dark Days and Long Nights: 2015 Winter Solstice!

The Winter Solstice designates the shortest day of the year; the day with the longest hours of nighttime.  It can be easy to feel down with a fact like that, but the good news is, there’s nowhere but up from here! I have been anxiously counting down the days until this date, and now we can begin to see more daylight from here on forward, into the New Year and new beginnings of 2016.
