French fries aren’t just for potatoes anymore! These carrot fries are moist, healthy and delicious with a number of different dips! I bake them so they aren’t too bad for you.

Baked Carrot Fries
Ingredients:
Carrots
Olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop carrots to they are long spears. Lightly coat with olive oil and put on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until carrots are lightly browned and soft.
Dip suggestions: mustard, raita, garlic lemon aoili, roasted garlic hummus, or ranch dressing!
